You'll need the following to make your Perennium Blaster.

Nano-Charged Assault Rifle

Perennium Sheet and Bolts

Spirit Tech Apparatus: Double Barrel (ql 80% of Gun ql).

Blitzable from any normal mission on RK, Just get someone who can pull ql 200 missions for you.

Perennium Sheet and Bolts

Drop in a variety of qls all the way up to 300 from hecklers across all zones. Chances are you've seen these and let them rott on corpses 100 times before now.

Spirit Tech Apparatus: Double Barrel

Tradeskill tool that comes in different types. You are after the "Double Barrel" Version. These drop from Named Hecklers, Mortigs, and a boss by the name of Sifnos in Scheol.

Making the Final Gun

-Hack your Nano-Charged Assault rifle with a hackers tool (Requires B&E 7*ql).  Next use the Spirit Tech Apparatus on the Pernnium Sheet to make yourself a "Double Perennium Barrel".    Add the Barrel to the hacked gun to make a "Half Finished Perennium Blaster"  Top it off by adding the Perennium Bolts to the gun.  This will result in the final weapon.  *Note* All steps after hacking require Mechanical Engineering and Weapon Smithing.
