Comments: Theoretically could be used as a main gun, but there are better guns for that.  Used mainly as an alpha gun.  I personally use one of these for PvP and Uniques and I find it VERY useful to have 2 10k special attack at your finger tips.  Concidering rifle doesn't conflict with anything implant-wise you attack rating is not lowered by all that much even though its a 66/33 gun.  At level 200 my attack rating with a Hellspinner is 1147 and with this gun its only reduced to 1103 so thats not a big factor.  This gun has won me a few loot rights and surprised a few in pvp when 80% of their life goes :::poof:::   Only real downside is that it has a 15m range and neither special recharges all that fast .
