most other physical attacks. It tends to be susceptible to energy type attacks.
Carbonum has the ability to absorb a large amount of the notum particles
normally found in the air on Rubi-Ka. Because of the nanobot-stablizing effects
of raw notum, the armor is also regarded as a nice auxiliary tool for users
of nano technology. |

Excellent armor for lower level soldier twinks because it is easily
obtainable in any ql you want. Added NCU is nice for squeezing in those buffs.
All this comes at a price though, to buy the parts needed to make the
armor costs a pretty penny. |
